Classroom Service Training Registration

Please complete the form below and select the training session(s) you're signing up for. You will receive confirmation of your registration and class availability by email.
Note: Classroom training for the following devices is currently not scheduled. A class will be scheduled, based upon overall requests with a minimum enrollment of 4 students: Spot LXi, Spot Vital Signs Monitor, VSM300 (5300), Propaq LT, Propaq 200 Series and CP100™ /200™ Repair

** Select this option if your billing cycle ends and you prefer to be billed prior to class start. Billing for Service Center training classes will be sent out after classes are complete unless pre-billing is selected. Tuition does not cover costs for travel, lodging, transportation or meals outside of training.
- For Welch Allyn Service Center classes, we ask that you register more than 45 days prior to class start. If class minimum is not reached, class may be rescheduled. Notice of class rescheduling will be sent 45 days prior to class start to allow for flight and lodging changes.
- Billing for Welch Allyn Service Center training classes will be sent out after classes are completed. If there is a need to be billed prior to the scheduled class date please note this on the class registration form.
